I work in transportation. It is already stupidly dangerous for the majority of school children outside highly urban areas to get to school. People plowing past busses and no sidewalks. This just makes it worse.

It failed.
Abolish DST. Stick to standard. It works.

There is also issue that a lot of healthy food goes bad quickly. If you need food to last, you buy boxed and freezer foods. 4 days vs 4 months.
There is also the time and equipment factor. Cooking requires time, space, and equipment. People on snap work and often labor jobs. They be TIRED!
