That was just canned cherry pie fillings with a devil's food cake mix on top of it (not prepared to box instructions, just the dry mix) and the whole thing is covered in pats of butter. It has to bake for nearly an hour, but if you check on it and it looks dry, just add more butter. It's super rich.

I don't know how to judge what size pan I need for things. I remembered the last time I made this, I used a too-big pan and needed to size down.

This time, I went too small, but it was too late to go back once I realized. Pan ended up on a tray to catch the mess I'm surely about to make.

My back pain is significantly improved today. Really getting hit the sciatica, though. The real annoyance with that is the nausea. And obviously, the pain, but that's constant. The nausea comes in waves.

The not doing anything is really weird. I feel like I should be doing something!!

I just had the sensation that I was going to roll off the bed when I turned over. My bed is up against a wall. I was rolling towards the wall side.

I don't think the gummy has kicked in yet, but maybe it has.

I am going for minimizing as much as pain as possible for the next however many hours and then I'm going to go to a metal show on Sunday night where I can sit and while looking like a goth bitch.

Hopefully, I will be in less pain by then, but pain *is* super goth.

I just saw a video of a regional production of The Last 5 Years, and the actors playing both Cathy and Jamie are fat. The way I immediately started crying. I didn't know I needed to see that, or it was even possible to exist.

A thing happening on the new Starfleet Academy is a thing that absolutely would have happened with Trip and T'Pol at some point if we had gotten more seasons of Enterprise.
