I thought I had been hearing ravens outside but never saw them, so it was really exciting to see the 2 this morning; I've been wanting to be friends with them. But I did NOT know that they eat baby birds and go after nests. 😭 Such a whirlwind of emotions. Just glad the last baby still has somebody.

Started the morning seeing 2 ravens in the backyard for the first time (very exciting) but then noticed a 3rd one that was dead (very sad). Then I noticed the robin's nest nearby only had 1 baby left in it (there were 3) so SUPER sad but one of the parents did come back, so there's that at least.
