It’s getting close to “need to buy more groceries” time, so I was running out of premade easy stuff - otherwise I would have done similar 😂

I sweated the onion for at least a good 20 to 30 minutes, then added the bell pepper for another 10 minutes or so before adding the cut up sausage and garlic. Just basically waiting on the sausage to get nice and brown, and I’m contemplating turning it into a really big frittata.

You ever just wander into the kitchen in search of food and disassociate and then it’s suddenly like an hour and a half later and there’s sausage, bell pepper, onion, and garlic in the cast iron and the kitchen smells delicious?
