The visit included inspiring and meaningful scientific exchanges, contributing to the ongoing collaboration between the partners.
These professional interactions represent an important step in strengthening joint efforts within the CHIRON project, with further collaboration planned💫

During the visit, Dr. El Alaoui was introduced to the organic chemistry laboratories, and discussions were held on the synthetic aspects of small-molecule inhibitors within the framework of the #CHIRONProject.

Dr. Erika Bálint and Dr. Béla Mátravölgyi were pleased to welcome Dr. Said El Alaoui to the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME).

They expressed that the secondment had been an inspiring exchange that would contribute to strengthening the collaboration✨

As part of the secondment, they also visited Dr. Olivier Micheau at #INSERM in Dijon, where they discussed the biological activity results of the compounds synthesized in their research group and learn more about molecular biology.

They were warmly hosted by Dr. Said El Alaoui and Dr. Meddy El Alaoui, who introduced them to their company and provided valuable insights into antibodies and antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs).

As part of our #CHIRONProject, Dr. Erika Bálint and Dr. Béla Mátravölgyi from Budapest University of Technology and Economics had the opportunity to complete a secondment at COVALAB in Lyon.

As we step into the New Year, we look back with gratitude and forward with ambition.
