Minneapolis was never about immigration. It’s about occupying a blue city as practice for midterms. They’re hoping citizens of color will be too afraid to go out vote, and then they can say “see what happens when no illegals vote.” They’re doubling down. We need a walkout nationwide on a weekday.

I think it will be dire. I fully expect that unless the Dems take the House & Senate during midterms that we’ll wind up losing our social security and medicare because they’ll bleed it dry.

Well they fired half the IRS so let them try. It would be an effective protest. Change your withholdings, skip a quarterly estimated payment. It is scary for people to do this and I’m not sure enough would risk it. But hurting them financially is the only thing they understand.

I don’t know why we pay taxes anymore. To give tax breaks to billionaires? To have Shitler siphon off hundred of millions of dollars for projects that wind up in his pocket while the people paying taxes can’t afford healthcare and groceries? We need a tax strike.

Ok we have a Super Bowl Halftime choice! We can listen to the right wing singer whose last major hit was in 1999. Or we can listen to the guy who won all the Grammies yesterday. Whaddaya all think?

He has no right to do this and certainly no right to use taxpayer dollars. We need an opposition party with a stronger leader than those we currently have.

The only thing it absolves him from is being a human being. I wish that just once a reporter would ask him to name these very important people.

It is beyond frustrating to hear people saying “we’re moving toward”’or “if we don’t watch out we’re going to…” People who I think share my political beliefs still have a block when it comes to realizing where we are as a country. What is it going to take Jack?

This is why I didn’t want the Dems to make a deal. These Gestapo are using chemical weapons on American citizens exercising their 1A constitutional rights. It has to stop and I feel like we’ve lost our leverage to stop it.

A lot of people on here who I respect think it’s good that they separated DHS from the funding bill and passed the rest. But I’m not seeing it. I feel like they gave away leverage to make stronger ICE reforms and kill the insane GOP voting bill - amongst other things. What am I not understanding?

I want to live in a country where this would’ve led to an emergency meeting of all members of congress, an immediate impeachment and conviction, and once removed from office, criminal charges.

Instead I live in a country where this barely made the mainstream news.
