I remember reading stories about men who accidentally cut through the lawnmower cable. And then repair it with a two prong coupler. Fitted the wrong way around.

I hate Twelfth Night. It's a stupid story with a central core of thoroughly unlikeable characters. And we had to pore over it in great and nauseating detail.
