Participated in the fight against hunger by running in the annual Treasure Coast Food Bank Out Run Hunger 5K. This event helped raise money to help the local food bank be able to help those in need.

June Lockhart has passed away, aged 100. Best known as the Mom in TV shows Lassie & Lost in Space, I remember her as The She-Wolf of London, 1946. Although hardly a classic, it featured her as (I believe) the last living actor from Universal’s horror films. Requiescat in pace, lupa femina.

The right has spent decades telling Americans that immigrants are murdering, marauding rapists coming to kill their families and destroy their communities. They encouraged and supported vigilante posses in border towns. They suggested letting Border Patrol shoot on sight. Their brand is violence.

I think the biggest problem is the lack of mid-sized budget movies hitting theaters. Everything is a Marvel movie budget, there's no "Commando" or " Cobra" to help a star establish a reputation. All those type of movies end up on streaming, which limits it's cultural impact.
