I agree, and have argued as such consistently. In-person assessments, however one wishes to define that, with hurdles. All the rest of nonsensical blather

I'm not sure is possible for politicians to give less of a shit about what citizens think, unless they think doing so it's directly in their personal interests.

There's no reason to think so. The worst people in the world are floating to the top of the cesspool, in virtually every avenue of life

How AI slop is causing a crisis in computer science Preprint repositories and conference organizers are having to counter a tide of β€˜AI slop’ submissions.

Another story where you realise that absolutely no one has any idea how to deal with all the AI papers being cranked out.

I don't quite understand what you mean. Who are the non-experts?

I'm pretty sure being a massive bellend at a group of 8 uni is mandatory on a hell of a lot of cvs

But while we're here and you're asking for "evidence", you teach writing. What evidence do you rely upon? Don't be shy.

Can UQ take action under the student code of conduct, for him being a gigantic bellend?

That was very interesting! Some cracking stories in there too! It basically accorded with my understanding, that effectively for ten years from 69-79 pete played Gibsons almost exclusively on stage.

But even a couple of years earlier he was playing whole shows with an sg only. I could easily, very easily, be mistaken but this seems odd to me.

Literally the national sport, so it's not just a niche. Here it doesn't even reach that level. It's virtually dead.

By that point Townsend was playing either SGs or Les Paul's live, wasn't he?

In academia this often (but not always) looks like assessment and learning outcome word soup where somehow discussion and analysis can be connected via some set of buzzwords to career readiness.

Records mean you tend to listen to all of records. Also, the great weight and expense of records makes it somehow...much better? Essentially, I don't know why cds as physical and not just a server full of ripped/tormented music (which I also have)

By being "concerned" about bias and the other uncontested flaws in ai detection, and continuing to use it, you're saying you don't care about any of those things.
