Apart from the Copenhagen trip in Feb, the city breaks this year have unintentionally been close to a #parkrun and I’ve been there on a Saturday morning 😊

3 weeks ago in #Oslo 🇳🇴 and today in #Vienna 🇦🇹

Last long run before the #Ashby20 so worked it around my #parkrun and a bit of volunteering, as I did the course check. Been home a few hours and I don’t feel too broken…

…successful as in I didn’t twist/roll my ankle multiple times, unlike the previous 2 races! 🤣

I was 50 on Thursday, which means a new age category - VM50-54 - and for the first time ever I did the original #parkrun at Bushy Park. Loved it and came 2nd (in the 2nd funnel 🤣). 4 miles before & after to from the hotel, as wife is marathon training, so a good day all round 😊
