A quick scoot out to Isleham Wash, where the levels are now quite a lot higher than a few days ago. It looked very likely to dry out completely - now it looks the opposite. 🌧️ 🌊

Good morning on the #patch. Highlight was a Greenshank which flew over East. Also 6 Golden Plover, Yellowhammer, 2 Redwing, Linnet, 3 Siskin, Hobby, 46 Swallow,4 House Martin, 63 Mipit, 11 Skylark all over, mainly South. Water Rail and 2 Kingfisher also. @cambsbirdclub.bsky.social #UKbirding
