My parents are crazy. We often have two or three Christmas trees. We’ve started putting the decorations up today, but it takes a couple of days to get them all up. I think we’re “only” having two this year!

Today I learnt that “mortgage” comes from the Old French mort (dead) and gage (pledge). The word literally translates to "dead pledge” because you will only be free of it once you’re dead.
