It was a really uplifting event today at the 🇺🇳 - a celebration of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science #IDWGS, organized by the 🇵🇱 Permanent Mission of Poland to the UN in partnership with NGOs. Seeing those successful women who literally fly higher than anyone else brings some hope.

7 years, 4 months & 15 days later first Polish men were incarcerated in Auschwitz, a new concentration camp established in the occupied part of Polish territory annexed to Germany after the beginning of World War Two.
