Research Saves Lives
This is the most recent issue of JHU’s outreach to alumni. It includes a somber letter from the editor which acknowledges without real criticism the unprecedented and uncertain “Right Now.” It instead offers an urgent truth being washed away by dangerous propaganda and policy:
Research Saves Lives
I just landed in San Salvador a little while ago, and I look forward to meeting with the team at the U.S. embassy to discuss the release of Mr. Abrego Garcia.
I also hope to meet with Salvadoran officials and with Kilmar himself. He was illegally abducted and needs to come home.
Thanks for your leadership Senator Van Hollen. This is what it looks like to show up for your constituents. More of this please!

We cannot allow this to be normalized or forgotten.

Super easy to call this number, find your House rep by zip code, and call to ask them to oppose the current budget resolution

The top half of the design features an orange shark chasing a pool of random red and white fish, with the words underneath "DO NOT PANIC" The lower half of the design depicts the orange shark fleeing from the organized red and white fish that have come together in the shape of a larger fish. Moreover, the organized shape is in the colours of the Canadian Flag, with a sparkly red beaded fish in the centre of the white field where the Canadian Maple leaf usually is. At the base is the large stitched word "ORGANIZE". It's a reminder that as individuals sometimes tyranny seems insurmountable, but when we band together, we are strong and will defeat the orange menace.

My mum didn't get it, but that's ok. My #Art, and it's going to be a daily reminder to stay strong.
