To fix Turnkey errors from 'Magick.NET-Q16-HDRI-AnyCPU' create a Directory.Build.props file in your root directory and put this in it:

Got the Polyarc fork up and running in 5.6-- you really have to be in the headset to understand it, but Unreal Engine has never looked so SHARP in Vision Pro. It's really wonderful.

Note for anyone who wants to get this set-up themselves, there's a fix needed (see next post)

CORRECTION: Because this still uses metal, it is impossible to use eye tracked foveated rendering, only fixed foveated rendering.

@polyarcgames.com has released their forks of Unreal Engine 5.5 & 5.6 for APPLE VISION PRO based on Glassbreakers.

It comes w/ myriad performance improvements including eye-tracked foveated rendering. Can't wait to dive in!

Ethernet works! It’s dumb but here’s the confirmed working solution:

1) USB-C to Ethernet converter
2) Cat6 Ethernet cable
3) Plug into router on the same network on the PC
4) The Galaxy XR makes no indication it’s connected to Ethernet other than in Quick Settings, but it works

So far 2026 feels like the poorly written middle sequel of the franchise:

Bigger, poorly thought out set pieces.

Underdeveloped new characters.

Regurgitated story beats.

And a held over primary antagonist who has lost his aura.

I need the Writer’s Room to do better.
