Seeing the Vice President of the United States calling people "dipshit" on social media wasn't on my 2025 bingo card, but that's on me at this point, it absolutely should have been

Also wondering if good old conservative MP Ted Falk has anything to say after his mournful post about Charlie Kirk? How do you feel about your supporters taking that and turning it into threats of violence against a community that did absolutely nothing wrong?

As a former Steinbach area resident who worked there, who felt the loneliness of being queer in a conservative Christian community before we even had Pride...I'm angry, and I'm sad. It's one fucking day, can't we have that without your hate being shoved in our faces?

During the Layton years I was a queer woman living in Brad Trost's riding. I got to hear my MP say in person that he would repeal same sex marriage and ban abortion if he could, at a USask forum no less. And he still got re-elected easily. But man, I'm still proud of how loud we booed him.

Ottawa wants certainty from China before making concessions on canola tariffs, minister says Beijing announced 75.8% tariffs on Canadian canola seed at the end of an anti-dumping probe that followed Ottawa’s 100% tariffs on Chinese-made EVs

China has been targeting Canadian canola in trade disputes for well over a decade. Why do we think they are going to do anything different at this point? www.theglobeandmail.com/business/eco...

And stop expecting women to be the absolute best, want to be on your outreach team, do more just because. Some just want to come to work, do their job and go home. Just like 90% of your male workforce.

I'm going to go with the assumption that this retirement happened at age 6 and zero further learning took place outside of Tim Daggett exclaiming "gymnastics 101 baby!" And never actually watching NCAA.

Scientists always assume that people will find results exciting and methods boring. That's often a misconception. People are just as interested (or even more so) in *how* and *why* you are doing things as they are in learning what you've found.
