woke up really tired today so i'm just glad to be going home from work soon

also basically played the binding blade all day! i'm making some good progress though

sister and the kids stopped by for lunar new year so it was nice seeing them! still kind of awkward with my sister. i don't really know how to talk to her anymore but it's whatever.

also played a bit of the binding blade today after work! i also purchased resident evil 4 on the nintendo switch since i really want to play it at my desk (which is where the console is located).

i'm going to try and give out some red envelopes to coworkers and my student assistants tomorrow for lunar new year 😂 it's not money but technically you can win it? depends on your luck

i'm on the final chapter of the blazing blade and i can't kill this stupid dragon 😂 i looked up tips on how to tackle this and they said to bring the luna tome because of enemy resistance? great, i didn't. will have to restart the battle and try again tonight.

AHHH it took me awhile but i finally finished fire emblem radiant dawn!!! what an incredible duology this was. path of radiance and radiant dawn… man. ike was an incredible main character from start to finish.

the idea that someone is "illegal" feels inherently wrong, especially when this country is founded by immigrants and is so incredibly diverse. yes it does feel rather hollow for this to come from a white billionaire music artist, but at the end of the day, she isn't wrong.

i find it funny that people are bothered by the statement, "NO ONE IS ILLEGAL ON STOLEN LAND." you do realize that this slogan isn't anything new right? it's not calling for open borders. if you apply some critical thinking, she’s trying to shift the focus from "bureaucracy" to "humanity."
