I was maintaining 130 for so long but this Christmas month has just thrown me off and my period cravings and binging was the worst it’s ever been this cycle so I guess it’s expected

I’m gonna start meal planning, saving money, be more active, read more books and lose a fuck tonne of weigh I wanna hit and maintain 125 and I know I can do it I just need to set myself up to achieve without failure.
the way my body has stretch marks from losing a load of weight in such a short amount of time and then gaining it all back quicker over and over again is lowkey not funny loll
