Like my private sector job is *fine* but I simply don’t care about it, and I can’t get any traction at all back where I came from.

Y’all I spent 12 years in the public sector at nonprofits and local government, getting progressively more complex titles and a Masters of Public Affairs, and I. Can. Not. Get any public sector job to even consider me in the KC area. Not even an interview.

Yesterday I spent most of the day in bed reading and it’s truly all I want to do today

Kyle and I have been in deep Sly holes since we watched Sly Lives! on Hulu. Digging into his work is hearing SO many samples you didn’t realize were his, finding grooves you didn’t know you needed, and hearing turns of phrase that won’t leave your brain. Truly a genius. Rest in peace and power.
