I hate it when people say "we all have to tighten our belts" in defence of Labour.

a) We hated austerity under Tories.
b) Why do we have to tighten our belts? It literally means "eat less" and I don't want to eat less, cheers!
c) Why do the mega-rich never get asked to tighten their poxy belts!?
