English is undeniably the most commonly spoken language in the UK, and so yes, you should probably speak it to make life easier.

But "must"? The UK doesn't have an official language! Why are we still perpetuating this racist trope?!

Scots, Gaelic, or Welsh, anyone? How about BSL, ISL, and NISL?
