I’ve noticed this as I get into Pokémon Horizons!! A lot of the hate isn’t an actual critique of the show (because it’s good lol) but a lot of gatekeepers are haters who are all “wah me want Ash. Wah me no want two female protagonists and a male protagonist of color. WAH it’s new. Wah new pokèmon.”
