Justices turned away Kim Davis's case seeking to reverse a $360,000 damages order for denying marriage licenses to same-sex couples in Kentucky.
SCOTUS refused to hear a challenge to marriage equality, filed by KY clerk Kim Davis, which is great new!π
But in MORE good news, Davis must also pay the ordered $360,000 court costs, that she hoped the court would overturn. Sorry, not sorry!
