It turns out my cousin doesn't believe in psychiatric diagnoses except psychosis, bipolar and neurodivergencies. WTF, they have tons of illnesses like me but doesn't believe in medicine. Because of the shortage I'm gone over the withdrawls and don't need to use quetiapine anymore. Before I had to take 6-8 pills a day, now it's just 4 pills.

Anyway I did a lot of the 'club' dr*gs in my early 20s and never went clubbing on them. I liked to chat etc more, also I hated uppers exept mdma wich I can't do anymore because of my meds, don't wanna die of serotonin syndrome. Also the body can't handle endlessly tweaking especially almost 40yo.

Damn :/ never been a fan of them. But there are crappy bands/members everywhere. Too bad they come up a lot when talking Scottish metal. But every country has a metal scene and although I don't know many bands from Scotland there are for sure many great metal bands of every genre, ug or not 🙂

my IV use has dropped dramatically. During the last 6 months I've done it twice and the last year probably under 10 times. There are so many people against harm reduction but it works. Never had an infection, hep c or hiv, never shared needles etc. I am so grateful that I have a chance
