Pretty obvious conservatives approve of the ICE raids, boat sinkings and ignoring the rule of law as long as non-white people suffer more than they do. Over the last couple of years, I have realized that a very large part of Canada is made up of garbage people.

I believe prisons are to protect society from harm. People who commit certain crimes can be rehabilitated and released. Others commit crimes so horrible they can't be. Child predators are the latter. It's not about punishment - those people don't matter. It's about protecting people who do matter.
