In the foreground, a woman in an ornate kimono commands attention. She sits at a table scattered with glasses and newspapers, but her downcast eyes and inward gaze suggest a private reverie. From her mouth comes a speech bubble in the style of an old cartoon by Thomas Rowlandson. This has the words "Not you again!" in handwritten lettering.
