So Christmas this year is bittersweet.

Due to car issues, I was unable to join my kids for Christmas, so I'm doing a video call with them while they are opening presents.

The other thing is my wife and I are separating after 18 years together. It's amicable, but it also means....

Since October I've been on a keto diet for reasons.

I started at around 350, and had a 52" waist, 3XL shirts, etc

I still have one more week to go for my goal of 300 or less, but as of today I'm 309 and down to a 46" waist!

The best part is that I've developed better eating habits to stick with 😁

My wife has gall bladder issues. She knows the pain you are feeling. She hasn't had a flare up in a while, but next time will likely result in surgery.

Went 3-0 in my prerelease. Solid midrange deck, with A Killer Among Us and Case of the Uneaten Feast being bangers. Leyline was an all-star ...when I had it in my opening hand lol

I know I don't social much, but I needed to put this into words. It's been on my mind for a few weeks, and I needed to get it off my mind.

Up with cancer symptoms.

No I'm not going WebMD and self diagnosing. I'm only preparing myself for that potential if it's not "run of the mill" getting old and better self care.

I am hoping that all it is will be a prescription of better diet and exercise, but I'm prepping for not great news also.
