Red Hood, wearing an original design made by the user, aims a sawed-off shotgun at Batman as they do battle in a fire-filler room. Hood's helmet is partially shattered, his hate-filled eye shining through. Both of their costumes are tattered.

You could do a PNG/static image of the character which isn't as flashy but would def be cheaper. Idk, look into it! I think that is a great idea for you.

Nah absolutely leave that to the artists who do that for a living.
But I've heard it's like north of $2k in most cases for a good one. You aren't just paying for art but for rigging and licensing (?), usually not all from the same person either. 1/2
