Yep, the rich could still be all superior and pay for better shit. But everyone could get the basics required to survive and thrive.

And our health care workers would be less burdened and frustrated with all the extra work that dealing with insurance causes and could actually focus on treating their patients!!

And less of it would have to go to taxes than currently goes to health insurance companies and we'd have better healthcare where our doctors get to decide on how we get treated, not some guy in a suit with no medical training whatsoever.
