That said, I will happily body block those "agents" refusing to show a badge and a warrant or whose "warrant" is AEA which is currently, rightly, being challenged.

Doesn't sound like you've read the complaint against the judge. Maybe you should. I'm not saying it will stand up, just that it raises questions. I suspect her actions are being purposely misinterpreted but it's not clear - need to hear her side of the story, not opinions.

Yes, sending those men to El Salvador is completely unconstitutional and illegal and we're definitely on our way to no one getting due process if we don't stand up for it. I still feel confident a sitting judge will get her day in court.

Here's why I disagree, if we jump on everything - even things that raise valid questions - we're diluting the message regarding the rule of law. Maybe the judge was trying protect others & avoid a scene, maybe she did hinder a legal arrest, maybe ______ - we'll know once she's had her day in court.

I'm 100% against all the power grabs and unlawful acts by Trump and his Administration but feel that jumping on this arrest as overreach seems premature & not helpful to the narrative.
Seems like there's a lot more info needed on the administrative warrant as well as the ICE agents & her actions.

Here's the dilemma: Protests are unlikely to have any effect, they are ignored or called "fake" with "paid actors". Ultimately protests will be the excuse for martial law, enabling the takeover. Can we put our trust (lives) in the military holding their oath rather than the orders of a dictator?
