The price increases is going to cause people to switch to pc gaming because consoles nowadays give consumers the worse experience than pc gaming such as locking into one digital storefront and paying for online multiplayer which nobody wants at all.

Nobody cares about splitgate 2 relaunch why because the main developer and CEO of 1047 games is a huge idiot for claiming that modern gaming is dead but instead he literally does the same thing by copying every battle royale game that has become oversaturated and boring at this point.

He doesn't understand nor care that gamers like myself will never spend $70 and even $80 for one triple a game that is always incomplete and launches with so many problems that always gets fixed post launch which is why gamers prefer indie/double a games and even older games as well.

I wonder how PlayStation fanboys especially Dreamcastguy will respond to Xbox Game Pass annual revenue now being nearly $5 billion because they somehow claim that Xbox game pass is unsustainable because hardware sales are down 22%.

This is great for everyone to play PlayStation games on Xbox, PC, Nintendo switch, Cloud gaming and mobile. But for some reason PlayStation fanboys are literally crying about this and having temper tantrums on Twitter that their favorite corporation (Sony) is going multi platform with their games.

I never purchased movies & tv on Xbox because most of the time, I sometimes buy games on Xbox which is why movies and tv shows on the Xbox store doesn’t interest me at all. Also there are other platforms that does a better job of managing digital purchases of movies and tv shows.

Saints row 2 being added to stream your own games for Xbox cloud gaming shows that there are going to be more Xbox 360 or Xbox original games depending on publisher approval can be added on the service.

This did cause me to rethink of the service especially learning how some developers within the gaming industry feel that Microsoft over reliance of the service can lead to layoffs and less creativity. While this sounds cynical, I think that Xbox game pass is a good service for me to play games. 2/2
