Massacre in Haiti’s Capital Leaves Over 100 Dead, Rights Group Says The killings in a Port-au-Prince slum, which appeared to target practitioners of voodoo, were ordered by a gang leader, a human rights organization said.

At least 184 people killed in Port-au-Prince’s Cite de Soleil neighborhood. The MSS said to the NYT they were not aware of the killings.
