I believe psoriasis is an autoimmune disorder. When i was researching things for my MS I found dimethyl fumarate which was/still is used in Europe to treat psoriasis. Also helminth therapy which did halt my MS progression until I switched to dimethyl. The helminths can work for psoriasis too
