Taking out hiking and today's numbers, this past year of running I did-
Total distance: 640 mi/1030km,
Average pace: 18.33min/mi or 11.43min/km
Hourly pace: 3.36 mph/5.41 kph

Hard to believe I have been running a whole year now.

Today versus my first run on 03/07/24 and today I even got negative splits for all 6 miles. Progress not perfection, is showing up for myself day after day.

Found my first ever crested saguaro, after 33 years living in the desert southwest(usa). Saw burros, a chipmunk, and lots of heart shaped rocks.

The clouds are definitely showing how a narcissist with power will play. Sadly, the damage is less what narcissist says or does, it's the enablers/flying monkeys. Who will live and die to curry the fickle flavor of the narcissist, doing whatever it takes to do narcissist's bidding, enabling abuse.

Changed backpacking plans, due to new info making risks too high to get to a section hike I really wanted and trained 9 months for. As a sole breadwinner, partner, mom, I don't get the luxury of fuck around and hope it works out. Too much riding on my shoulders. So spent other time in nature.
