I think it depends a lot on the servers you’re on. Some of the ones with fewer channels are much easier to manage. Once you can let go of the feeling you need to be across everything all the time it becomes much easier.

Oh yes, that too. Mine 'opens' at 07:30 - yesterday I was on at 07:34 and got 'all slots have gone'. But then if you do call, you're greeted with 'you're number 349 in the queue, unless you are medically dead, you might want to try again later'.

That is just brilliant.

Some of the questions it asks are maddening (and could, I'm sure, lead to a situation not dissimilar to your prediction), especially when you just want the freeform text entry box it gives you AT THE VERY END to make your sensible, informed request.

I had to log on at 07:30 and run the gauntlet of the AI-driven 'consultation' system at mine. What a time to be alive (and need access to healthcare).

That may not be such a bad idea for some of it - I'm definitely in the market for a new gaming PC!

Same. I got rid of some big-hitting hardware last year, but the games are a much bigger task. I'd like some of it to go en-masse but finding people like that now is tricky!
