This is a fake comic cover illustration. The background is pink. In the foreground at the bottom right corner is a naked woman. Her arms are raised and her eyes are closed. She has a calm expression. The drawing of her gets repeated in different colors in the background and reaches up to the upper left corner of the Image. The title is in the background in a white font and says: Where do you end. The title gets repeated across the entire page. End of description.

Sweet Transparency by Elise Schuenke, published on ohjoysextoy.com/sweet-transparency-elise-schuenke on January 20, 2026

Elise Schuenke draws in a manga-cartoony style with a pastel purplish-bluish color tone over a broader spectrum of colors.

Lanna pauses her game and sets her controller on the coffee table, turning her girlfriend, saying "Sage... Can I ask something?"

"Hm?" Sage replies, engrossed in their book.

With worried eyes, Lanna asks, "Are you mad at me?"

"PPfft!!" Sage spits their tea back into their mug in shock, but keeping their eyes lowered.

"When you came home, you didn't smile and your voice was so flat." Lanna hurriedly explains. "And earlier, when you sat down, you didn't say anything!"

Panicked and embarrassed, Sage thinks to themself, "Boy, that DOES seem like I'm mad at her!!!"

"Did I eat the last bean burrito...?" Wonders Lanna morosely.

"NO, NO, you're fine, Lan!" Sage interrupts, reaching out a hand to reassuringly grip her shoulder.

Sweating with regret and anxiety, Sage continues, while still looking into their tea mug, "Lanna- Ugh, I can totally see how you saw that."

"I'll always hear you out, y'know." Lanna's voice says over the view of Sage's reflection in their tea.

"I know. I love that about you." Sage replies, keeping eye contact with their mug reflection.

An image of Sage appears overhead, showing them with a neutral face and holding one of the smiling, blank masks in front of them while a sea of menacing yellow eyes scrutinizes them. "Being autistic, I feel like I have to be ultra expressive with my face and voice so people feel comfy around me." They narrate over a scene of them performing on a stage. The performing-Sage gesticulates dramatically while holding their smiling mask up while they are surrounded by coworkers and the general public that smile at them approvingly. "Masking, for me, is pretending I'm others' version of normal."

"Wow, that sounds exhausting!" Lanna frets next to Sage on the couch.

After a long, hard day of masking their autistic traits at work, all Sage wants is to act natural at home. Unfortunately, their neurotypical gf takes the un-emotive version of Sage in the worst way in @troubledminnesotan.bsky.social's story of misunderstandings.

a 9 panel comic. panel 1 is of an urn at a funeral. it's raining.
"My dad died a year ago this month. we never got along. he was abusive all my life, often drunk, and very hard to manage."
panel 2 is a whiskey tumbler. "everybody says he wasn't always like that, but that never really felt like it mattered because to me, he always was."
panel 3 is a man staring across a black river at night. "There's a story about my dad's family, about a father and son who lived on a farm by a river in kentucky. one night, the father drowned himself in the river, and the next day when the son saw what had happened, he followed him into the river too."
panel 4 is a river winding between mountains. "it was never officially ruled as a double suicide. That wasn't right with the lord."
panel five is a hand touching a man's forehead. "I think they were sick. I think everyone in dad's family was sick, and so was he, and that's why I have bipolar. The way he passed was ugly. death isn't like it is on tv. it's messy."
panel six is two hands holding each other. "our last moments together were..."
panel 7 is a first person pov of an arm with an IV in it. "I was hospitalized for acute stress-related acid damage to my stomach after the funeral, and returned six more times after that."
panel 8, crying in the ER. "I never told him I was gay."
panel 8, walking down the street. "The story of the father and son followed me around. it made me wonder; could that have been me? it runs in us after all. mental illness, and huge, brutal despair. I feel it all the time."

panel 1, drawing at my cintiq. "My art mutated. ive seen it in other artists who have lost important people. it changes the nature of the work. grief is in the hand. its an unintentional affection."
panel 2is two men, figures in shadow, underwater surrounded by seaweed. "what's at the bottom of the river? what came out of those rolling appalachias, where dad's story begins? who were those people who went down in the water and never came back?"
panel 3 is a house at night with only the attic light shining. "what is grief? how does it move? does it have translucence? does it follow you down dark halls at night? does it show you things that aren't there?"
panel 4, crying on the floor in the laundry room. "I feel like a haunted house."
panel 5 is a hand holding a slide. "but, there..."
panel 6 is a closeup of the slide; a father, two children, and a grandma, standing on a rock looking out over the appalachian mountains. "something so human. a spark of inspiration. art can save your life. grief is a kind of love, and in this understanding, i realized i had a story inside me about all those things."
panel 7 crosses the whole bottom of the page; looking out across water to a weeping willow growing on the far shore. "maybe this is how i can learn to forgive. forgive my dad, and my family, and that father and son beneath the river, and all the rest of it, caught up on a cool gust of wind through green leaves."

panel 5: drawing at the cintique, view from behind. "I can do it. I can grow something incredible, and I can learn to look at the river and feel still inside."
panel 6 is the same view, but farther out. the window is visible and the moon is out. "I can do it. I'm still alive, are you listening? i didnt die after you, you didn't take me with you, I can do it. I am alive. I am alive."

This is a Witcher fancomic depicting a scene from the second book.

Page 1.

Panel 1: Geralt and Yennefer are on Thanedd Island at a Banquet at the academy of Aretuza. They are standing in front of the buffet in a big ballroom. Yennefer is looking at a big plate of crab legs and says: Give me a little Salmon, Witcher. And some Crab.

Geralt points at the crab legs and says: they were probably caught a month ago and it’s really hot. Aren’t you worried?

Panel 2: Yennefer smirks and replies snarkily: These crabs were creeping along the seabed this morning… teleportation is a wonderful invention.

Panel 3: Geralt grins and says: Indeed! It ought to be made more widely available.

Panel 4: Yennefer blushes a bit and looks angry. She reaches out her hand and says: We’re working on it. Come on, give me some.

Panel 5: Geralt blushes a bit and smiles at her.

Panel 6: He hands her a crab leg.

Panel 2: Yennefer raises an eyebrow. She is eating her crab leg and says: I said drop the ostentation…

Panel 3: Geralt! She suddenly yells out. It’s the first time you’ve said that!

Panel 4: They start to bicker and Yennefer corners him.
Geralt says: It can’t be. You are making fun of me.
Yennefer replies: You used to think it but now you said it!
Geralt raises his hands in defense and says: Is there a difference?
Yennefer yells back: A HUGE ONE!

Panel 5: Geralt looks like a sad puppy and whispers her nickname

Panel 6: Yennefer is clearly blushing. She says: Don’t talk with your mouth full! I love you too.

I haven't spoken about this publicly until now, but I and 4 other collaborators for Yazeba's have been in an incredibly exhausting and ethically dubious legal battle for over a year. I'm thankful that Rascal News has officially released our story.

Comic cover titled “Silver & Iron” in all caps, “part one”. The title takes up the entire cover and is superimposed over a single figure standing in the centre of the page, a young but strong-looking man with light skin, visible chest and arm hair, and a beard which tapers into points at his chin and his cheeks. His hair is jaw-length and the top half is tied back, though some strands have come undone. He has upturned eyes and a moderately long nose with a slight bend in the bridge. A scar runs through his left eye leaving the pupil permanently dilated, making it appear darker than his right eye. He looks at the viewer with a sense of determination and grit, wiping blood off his chin; more blood stains his shirt, untucked and half-unbuttoned to expose part of his chest, and there are more traces of blood on his left hand which holds a crudely-hewn dagger.

This is the first page of a black and white zine about the movie Star Trek The Motion Picture.

In a handwritten font it says Star Trek The Motion Picture in all caps above the first panel.

Panel 1: On the bridge of the Enterprise. Kirk is sitting in the captain’s chair. He notices something and turns around. Spock is in the foreground. His robe is visible but not his face.

Panel 2: Close-up of Spock’s hand pressing the turbolift button. Kirk calls out to him and says: “Spock!”

Panel 3: Kirk is smiling and says: “Welcome Aboard.”

Panel 4: Spock is standing in the turbolift. His back is facing Kirk. He turns his head a bit but doesn’t turn around.

Panel 5: The turbolift door closes.

Panel 6: A narrow panel is framing Spock as he stands in the turbolift. He is looking down at the floor. A text starts here and it says: I have chosen not to bloom with you.

Panel 7: Spock is in his space suit and floating in dark space. The text continues: I will remain underground.
