Same!! Big props and cosplays are great, but they're not for walking around the narrow lanes of Artist Alley! They're annoying at best and safety hazards at worst in close quarters.

As an aside: wingspan is also the big reason I can't bring my Winged Lion Dungeon Meshi cosplay to cons, because the wings are fucking HUGE.

Mar is dressed as Angel Devil from Chainsaw Man. She has a copper red wig and wears a black suit. She’s on a beach, facing the water. Her back is to the camera. A halo floats above her head and a pair of white angel wings sit on her back. Her shadow on the ground is visible with a halo.

My original pair which I bought (see below) are great for cons since they're compact and they sit flush against my back and don't extend out. But I want to make a new pair with the full wingspan for photos.

Since seeing the movie has reignited my love for Chainsaw Man, I think I might make a bigger and potentially articulated pair of wings for Angel.

Mar is dressed as Perona from One Piece. She wears a white long sleeved crop top with a black swirled heart design on the front and red lace on the sleeves and neckline, a red capelet with white faux fur trim and a pink bow at the neck, a red miniskirt with a scalloped hem and white ruffles and flowers, a belt with a heart shaped buckle, black and white striped tights, and red knee high platform boots. Her hair is pink with two large pigtails and thick straight bangs. On her head is a large red and black crown with gold gems.

The pink one so terrify 👻

Perona is done! This build was a ton of fun and I had a great time with the detail work.
