Vaccines are safe, effective, and the best way to eradicate preventable disease. Period.

This is exactly how I see AI these days as beneficial: super charged, outcome based search that gives you great starter points to begin solving a problem. Not replacing engineering, etc.

My personal take is that discover should be a custom, neutral, curated feed and not algo based. You should show off to your users notable and enjoyable things, introducing them to the platform. you can layer in instructions for custom feeds. Decades of social media have proven algos are never good

I’m willing to be we’re going to see some big name outages again or some product strategy work never materialize in terms of features or progression from those places…

It’s been fascinating to watch companies double down on RTO. Engineers were initially stuck having no choice due to market conditions but now that things are opening up slightly, the amount of talent loss I’ve seen in the last two weeks has been staggering. #remotework #devops
