The Constitution isn’t self-enforcing. That’s why we require service members and representatives to swear an oath to it. The moment we stop taking those oaths seriously or allow them to become hollow, we lose the country.

And it tells the rest of the world that the US can’t be trusted; that we’re a banana republic, governed by the whims of whoever holds power, instead of a nation operating under the rule of law.

By the way: we ‘can’ still save the US. But the only path forward is real accountability; serious consequences for those who attacked the Constitution, and for those who enabled them. Pretending none of this happened only tells the next would-be attackers they can act without consequence.

“Make ____ great again“ isn’t just about social, political, or economic subjects. It’s a fear-based statement about any change. In a hypothetical situation where your life depended on getting accurate, factual information, and you could choose any person and any topic, tRump is the one person you couldn’t rely on for the truth. No matter how simple the topic or how convincing the answer might sound, you’d have to verify it.

Actual solar noon (the real sun at its highest point) in Eastport/Lubec hits around 11:11 AM on multiple days in October, 49 minutes before 12:00 PM.
Anyone can verify this on NOAA or TimeAndDate.

The idea that Standard Time is somehow the “one true natural time” for everyone just doesn’t hold up to how daylight actually behaves anywhere in the U.S.

Once you factor in north–south latitude differences and seasonal daylight swings, sunlight varies far more than a single one-hour clock shift.
