$0.70/100 miles is also a worst-case scenario. Your cost is likely much cheaper than this.
Charging a fair price for parking would be a good start! I’ll take getting paid to bike too though 😁

Hopefully the new general plan and focus on building more housing near transit turns these trends in the right direction.
