Can we focus on the lawbreaking/recissions/impoundment first? We lost. Losing healthcare is the consequence of a GOP government. Illegal spending cuts are not supposed to be.

Yes, there are countries with high birth rates. I'm not saying population growth is over, but pull up birth rates OVER TIME and every single one has been plummeting for at least 30 years. And there aren't any recent examples where these trends magically even out at the replacement rate.
