This is why our business failed.

We have a good product.

We have a dedicated audience who sustained us for many years but we can no longer reach them.

All our SM feeds are filled with trash that we never asked for instead of posts from the friends & followers we requested.

The algorithms are a bigger problem than acknowledged. It killed mine and many other small business that I know of.
