There should be a way to define any coloured striped flag, similar how 🇦🇺 is encoded with a special AU, or even how 🏳️‍⚧️ is encoded as 🏳️(joiner)⚧️. Define a 256 codepoint block for the RGB, then you just have the flag, joiner, red, green, blue, joiner, red, green, blue, repeat for up to say 6 stripes.
