Trump was impeached for insurrection.

The Colorado Court ruled that he incited insurrection and could not be on the ballot. SCOTUS overruled that decision, but not the disqualification.

The 14th Amendment Sec. 3 disqualifies him from office unless 2/3 of both houses lift the disqualification.
