I really feel for everyone at St. Fagan’s. I hope (but don’t really expect) that those involved are arrested and the objects returned to the collection

I wouldn’t be surprised if they had posed as visitors during the proceeding weeks/months videoing everything.
Whilst working at Kenwood is was always a ‘difficult’ conversation with visitors who wanted to video record their visit and us having to explain why it isn’t permitted… 1/2

Further details on the theft - clearly carefully planned. Seems crazy to hope that the thieves realise that the value of the items is far, far more than the value of the gold they are made from. They are irreplaceable
