Same here! This was the cover of the copy owned by one of my middle school teachers.

There were some threads that seemed to be deliberately seeded for the purpose of leaving them unresolved. It attempted to justify this by essentially saying that real life doesn't neatly end with all the loose threads tied up. I don't think that was quite enough. Ultimately, I give it 3.25 stars.

I recently finished The Fourth Girl by Wendy Corsi Staub, and I'm curious how other #mystery or #thriller readers felt.

Personally, I enjoyed a lot of the ride and found myself anticipating the reveal of secrets throughout. The ending, however, felt like it didn't tie up neatly.

Wrap-up of what I read in March! The Hero of Ages was a great end to the Mistborn trilogy, in my opinion. Besides that, the standout was the Alice books by Lewis Carroll. I feel quite silly for taking so long to get to them.
