Gate agent told a woman literally being pushed in a wheelchair who had to be at least 80 to “just check the app” when she asked about rebooking

It was almost cartoonish how little this gate agent cared about us. Like two other people tried to get her attention before I finally said “hey, shes asking about the flight, is it gone?”
