For some damn reason I'm awake. It's 1:24am and because the clocks go back today I can't work out if I've been asleep for and hour and a half or 2 hours and a half and it's really annoying me.

After a little network breakage I have now switched over to a WiFi 7 router and now I've just got to wait for the 2gbps speed to turn up in November.

I've enjoyed my week in Wales, it's been mountains, waterfalls and some tacky entertainment. But I am spending my last night chilling and watch some Welsh TV - with subtitles.

But! And some of you won't like this, I used chatgpt in codex to convert the html to markdown and then format the text to standard markdown instead of what ever noise apple uses so I can then import that to day one.

I've been trying for a while to use apple journal but it wasn't working out. So I've switched back to day one and what's worse is that I couldn't just export and import simply because apple only exports in html files like he awkward fucks they are.

I have just washed my hands properly for the first time in 2 and a half weeks and it felt amazing.
