I think that’s what we’ve had flitting round our garden in Oakdale recently - not far from PCW.
What are the different characteristics of a siberian chiffchaff vs a common or garden one?

I'm only seeing the pharmacist because I'm stable, others will still see neuro

Hopefully it'll let the neuros focus on those that need them most, but worrying when MS specialists are so thin on the ground

I've now been swapped to have regular appointments with a neuro pharmacist instead of my neuro consultant. I'm stable & have easy access to the MS team if necessary so it makes a lot of sense.
1st appt was this morning - I far preferred it, she's much easier to talk to!

I didn’t hear it that way. I thought the ambulance dispatcher reassured Neil that the ambulance was already on it’s way - i.e. she’d put that in motion earlier in the call.

My mum listened to radio 4 & I carried on when I went to college in the 80s. Mum wasn’t a huge archers fan but I guess it was always there on the edges.

Bad start - 7am my 1st aeropress full of coffee ended up down my front. Managed to mop up & 🤞I’ve rescued my precious hand dyed/spun/knitted cardigan.

I just make exceptions for Christmas. We'll be having vegan dinner at my son's anyway, so that helps.

I worked in radiotherapy for years & treatment appointments were never cancelled during strikes. There may have been some rescheduling of review appts etc but the consultants would cover most of those anyway.

Don’t think I need to feed mine, rather overdid the brandy when I made it 🤣

I used the recipe you shared to make my cake. Soaked the fruit in brandy 😋

I’m trying to avoid it too - I’ve just got over one cold & I don’t need flu for Xmas!
I have a couple of Xmas dos coming up but will be using antiviral nasal spray & masking up where practicable

In the end I just couldn’t do the same job and manage the fatigue, especially cognitive. I dropped some of the more intense aspects of the work which helped.
