I grew up not to far away, in Témiscaming. We go through Mattawa on our way there—which is onces every few years. I still have family in North Bay.

Such a beautiful region. I remember visiting often as a kid, exploring its quiet charms and even taking a day-cruise across Lake Nipissing aboard the Chief Comanda II, riding between North Bay and the French River.
